Coaching is a collaborative and purposeful conversation or exchange, that is non directive and free of judgement, future and change focused. And most certainly confidential.
And what I love about life coaching is exactly that - it can be helpful in pretty much all aspects of your life, from relationships, work and career, ideas, hobbies, dreams as well as the very specific and even mundane e.g. how will I decide what's for dinner tonight! There is always more to explore.
When was the last time you had a safe space to share, think and talk as freely as needed?
My role is to provide a safe and supportive space and your role is to bring yourself just as you are. And if you can, bring something/s you want us to look at during your session. Whether this is a goal, something you're struggling with in your day to day with or a change or life transition you are working through - nothing is too small.
And If you don’t feel you have something specific right now, we can explore, just as purposefully. We don’t have to do everything alone

I was in a bit of a rut professionally and after nearly 2 decades on a corporate career path I wanted to try a total change, having some professional direction seemed appropriate.
